The ABMOVE! program strategically and functionally integrates educational technologies with the aim of supporting and enhancing the effectiveness of active breaks in the teaching of mathematics in primary schools. Its technological approach aims to create an inclusive, dynamic, and accessible learning environment, where demonstration videos, visual content, and interactive digital materials accompany both physical and mathematical activities. Technology is not the central focus, but rather a complementary resource that facilitates the participation of all students by responding to diverse cognitive and communicative styles. This integration helps to increase the impact of active breaks, boost student motivation, and promote more participatory learning. The technological developments within ABMOVE! thus represent a valuable pedagogical ally, making mathematics teaching more engaging, multisensory, and responsive to individual differences.

Abstract

The ABMOVE! program strategically and functionally integrates educational technologies with the aim of supporting and enhancing the effectiveness of active breaks in the teaching of mathematics in primary schools.
