The Specialization Course for Support Activities, outlined by Ministerial Decree of September 30, 2011, structures the training of support teachers around a model that integrates coursework, workshops, indirect internships, and ICT, with a defining focus on the partnership between University and School. In the context of specialization courses for support activities, internships, in their dual form (direct and indirect), play a fundamental role in influencing and determining the success of the training path. The direct internship allows for the gradual integration of the future support teacher into the school environment, while the indirect internship, under the guidance of the university tutor, fosters reflection on challenges to manage and complex situations, promoting a critical dialogue and an informed reflection on the practical experience encountered. Drawing from the operational methods of Narrative Inquiry, this research aims to design, within the framework of the indirect internship, a training model that, through a range of educational activities (or Narrative Practices), can foster a connection between theoretical knowledge and practical skills for future secondary school teachers (both lower and upper secondary) enrolled in the Specialization Course.
