The DPCM of August 4, 2023, which defined the initial university and academic training path for teachers of lower and upper secondary schools, includes among the various skills that education professionals must possess those related to interculturality and inclusion, assigning them a key and decisive role in the professionalism of the teacher. In this regard, Narrative Inquiry is seen as an effective methodology capable of promoting reflective paths with future secondary school teachers that highlight the importance of the intercultural aspect. The contribution aims to illustrate a project proposal that involves the use of Narration which foster reflective processes and the welcoming of others, valuing the cultural and individual identity of each person from an inclusive perspective.
