The introduction of artificial intelligence in educational contexts not only changes learning tools and environments but also profoundly transforms the competitive dynamics among students. With the adoption of intelligent systems, the nature of competition is shifting towards more mediated, personalised and widespread forms, which require a rethinking of school activities. The aims and methodological principles that inspired the intervention can be traced back to the observation that it is increasingly necessary to encourage teachers to reflect on how to raise awareness of the role of competition in learning, acquire the ability to manage and guide competitive dynamics in the classroom, and verify whether mastery of AI can be a lever for coopetition.
