The Italian Society for Educational Research (SIRD), through the Quaderni del Dottorato SIRD series, reaffirms its commitment to doctoral education in Italy, with the aim of contributing to the development of research and scientific reflection on methodologies and techniques in educational and instructional research, primarily of an empirical and experimental nature. The cultural mission of the series is to strengthen connections among doctoral schools and to enhance, from a scientific perspective, the work of participants—doctoral candidates and PhD graduates—who take part in the SIRD Seminars. The Quaderni aim to contribute to building a “critical mass” and to promoting scientific dialogue among doctoral programmes in the field of education, with particular reference to the academic sectors PAED‑02/A (Didactics) and PAED‑02/B (Experimental Pedagogy).
La Società Italiana di Ricerca Didattica con la collana Quaderni del Dottorato SIRD intende ribadire il proprio impegno nella formazione dottorale in Italia per contribuire allo sviluppo della ricerca e della riflessione scientifica sulle metodologie e le tecniche della ricerca educativa e didattica, principalmente di natura empirica e sperimentale. Il progetto culturale della collana si propone di favorire il raccordo tra le scuole dottorali e di valorizzare sul piano scientifico i partecipanti, dottorandi e dottori di ricerca, ai Seminari SIRD. I Quaderni intendono contribuire a fare “massa critica” e promuovere il confronto scientifico tra i dottorati di ambito educativo con riferimento particolare ai settori scientifici PAED-02/A (Didattica) e PAED-02/B (Pedagogia sperimentale).
