Analisi degli stakeholder e degli attori

The contribution presents the process and outcomes of stakeholder and actor analysis conducted in the Sicani Focus Area as part of the B4R Research Project. The analysis enabled the identification and classification of key actors for the planning and implementation of territorial policies. Using tools such as analytical matrices, field research, interviews, and contextual analysis, stakeholders and actors were mapped based on their interest, influence, and role in the decision-making process. The objective is to ensure targeted and strategic engagement, optimizing resources and fostering collaboration among local, regional, and national actors. Additionally, the methodology facilitates the interpretation of relational dynamics and the development of cooperative networks to promote integrated and sustainable territorial development.
