Abstract
Ortygia, one of the urban palimpsest par excellence, since the end of the 1800s and throughout the 1900s has been radically transformed. Here, an attempt is also made to graphically reconstruct some of the events related to the implementation of the proposals for the town planning scheme of that period. In particular, how a simple tract on paper allowed to reveal hidden layers of that palimpsest and the impact of those choices on an urban scale but also on an architectural one.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
