LXXX.1, fol. 3, which Ferrini considered as probably deriving from the lost title I.1 of the Paraphrase of Theophilus, is to be referred to the commentary of another antecessor. More particularly, a formal peculiarity allows to attribute the text to Thalelaeus: it would be the only documentary trace of a written commentary reflecting a course taught by this antecessor on the Institutes.
