Il regionalismo italiano ai tempi della transizione ecologica ed energetica

After discussing the status of the environment in the Italian Constitution, this article analyses the complex issue of the division of competences between the State and the Regions in environmental matters, in the light of the numerous constitutional disputes that have arisen over the years on the subject of authorisation procedures, and also takes into account the initial effects of the PNRR. Finally, it questions the possible effects of the activation of the "asymmetry clause" provided for in art. 116, par. 3, Const.
