Avicenna’s heritage in terms of production and the impact of his thought are impressive. Depending on the eras, schools and reigning dynasties, the author’s corpus was also divulged in Persian. This had a huge impact on the reception of his works, both authentic and falsely attributed, in the Persian and Turkic-speaking areas of the Islamic world. Abstract
This paper will present a survey of the testimonia of some Avicenna’s “minor works” in Persian translations with data relating to the places in which they are currently preserved and the reference bibliography.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
