In the human perspective of inclusiveness, the correspondence between education and sustainability requires an investment in educational and training processes to promote initiatives geared towards sustainable development with respect for each person. The didactics proposed in this work is attentive to learning by doing, theories of active involvement and the principles of the Capability Approach. The contribution presents a project experience (4 meetings, for a total of 10 hours) carried out in the academic year 2022/23, with a sample of 35 students enrolled in the first year of the Master's Degree Course in Pedagogical Sciences (LM-85) at the University of Palermo.
