COLLEGAMENTI PER UN’IDENTITÀ CULTURALE COMUNE NEL BACINO DEL MEDITERRANEO

The Mediterranean Sea can be considered the common link between all the Countries surrounding it. Different peoples, cultures, arts, crafts, religions and traditions have passed through it, forging both a shared cultural identity and also differences, which can be easily traced in a lot of cities and territories. The Mediterranean city suggests unions and dissonances, sealing the alliance pact that has seen peaceful coexistence, albeit after the imposed dominations of a multi-ethnic and multicultural society. Many cities overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, as that of Barcelona, Palermo and Skikda, still today impose a reflection about how is strong the evident relation between their different ways of living. We also want to associate the shared creation - through the European Project Smart Rehabilitation 3.0, K2 action – of a common professional profile in ‘Building Rehabilitation Expert’, as a model of rehabilitation and safeguard for historic Mediterranean cities.

Il Mar Mediterraneo può essere considerato il legame comune tra tutti i Paesi che lo circondano. Diversi popoli, culture, arti, mestieri, religioni e tradizioni lo hanno attraversato, forgiando una identità culturale condivisa e differenze che possono essere facilmente rintracciate in molte città e territori. La città mediterranea suggerisce unioni e dissonanze, suggellando il patto di alleanza che ha visto convivere pacificamente una società multietnica e multiculturale, creata anche a seguito di dominazioni imposte. Molte città affacciate sul Mar Mediterraneo, come quelle di Barcellona, Palermo e Skikda, obbligano ancora oggi a una riflessione su quanto appaia evidente la relazione tra i loro diversi modi di vivere. In questo saggio si vogliono esporre anche i risultati del Progetto Europeo Erasmus+, azione K2, dal titolo Smart Rehabilitation 3.0, che vede tra i suoi risultati degni di nota la creazione di un profilo professionale in Esperto di Recupero Edilizio, inteso quale figura mirata alla salvaguardia e alla valorizzazione delle città storiche del Mediterraneo.
