NUOVE FRONTIERE MUSEOGRAFICHE : immaterialità e multimedialità del museo narrativo

The contribution explores, also through the reading of some case studies, the constitutive and connotative aspects of what can be defined as the new ‘frontier of museography’. A ‘frontier’ recognisable in the definition of museum structured according to the concept of ‘integrated installation’ which is mainly based on the combination of ad- vanced technological equipment, art and interactivity of museographic content dissemination systems. In these last years several museum experiences have been developed, characterised by investigations on the new technological languages, but not neglecting the fundamental elaboration of aims and contents of the same exhibition projects characterised by the relation material/immaterial. This is an articulated path that crosses the boundaries of various disciplines such as theatre, cinema and visual art.

Il contributo esplora, anche attraverso la lettura di alcuni casi studio, gli aspetti costitutivi e connotativi di ciò che può essere definita la nuova ‘frontiera della museografia’. Una ‘frontiera’ riconoscibile nella definizione di museo strutturato secondo il concetto ‘dell’allestimento integrato’ che si basa, prevalentemente, sul connubio tra strumentazioni tecnologiche avanzate, arte e interattività dei sistemi divulgativi dei contenuti museografici. In questi ultimi anni sono state sviluppate diverse esperienze museali caratterizzate da indagini sui nuovi linguaggi tecnologici, ma che non tralasciano la fondamentale elaborazione di scopi e contenuti degli stessi progetti allestitivi caratterizzati dalla relazione materiale/immateriale. Si tratta di un percorso articolato che attraversa i confini di varie discipline come il teatro, il cinema e l’arte visiva.
