Teachers' actions are improved by her interventions with the students that are unfold mainly in teaching-learning activities. These activities require specific methodological, didactic, relational, planning and evaluation skills. The exercise of adequate teacher professionalism involves motivational, communicative, practical and vocational dimensions that go well beyond specificities of classroom contexts by participating in the overall development of the scholastic organization and in initiatives and projects carried out by the school in the report with the broader family, community and social reality in which it is immersed.
L’azione del docente si sviluppa attraverso interventi con gli allievi che si snodano prevalentemente nelle attività di insegnamento-apprendimento, per le quali si richiedono competenze specifiche in campo metodologico, didattico, relazionale, progettuale e valutativo. L’esercizio di una adeguata professionalità docente coinvolge dimensioni motivazionali, comunicative, pratiche e vocazionali che vanno ben oltre le specificità dei contesti d’aula, partecipando allo sviluppo complessivo dell’organizzazione scolastica e ad iniziative e progetti condotti dalla scuola nel rapporto con la più ampia realtà di ordine familiare, comunitario e sociale in cui è immersa.
