The multicriteria analysis aimed at verifying the complex efficiency of investment projects must necessarily take place even in a historical moment in which the evaluation criteria are primarily of a financial nature. Especially in the field of public works and those with civil purpose, the preservation of the social and environmental profiles remains essential. It is widespread in the bibliography of the 80s and 90s the presence of tools and methods to compare and prioritize analysis profiles resulting from conflicting interests. Combined use of multicriteria techniques (MAUT) and typically entrepreneurial approaches (DCF) can help to better interpret the phenomena under study and to prepare decision resolutions more balanced in accordance with the expectations of the stakeholders. The proposed model is applied to projects of construction of swimming pools in a province of southern Italy.

Abstract
The proposed model is applied to projects of construction of swimming pools in a province of southern Italy.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
