Una proposta metodologica per l'analisi delle routine dei supervisori del tirocinio

In order to build a professional teacher / supervisor training on the one hand, and on the other, with a pragmatic attempt to bring out, verbalizing the actions implied, to explain the operation practices of the training supervisor and the student of the fourth annual, was conducted, within the course of degree in Sciences of the Primary Formation the collection, selection and analysis of university teaching practices told through the routine from nine supervisors of training and from six students of the fourth year course involved in the construction of a project work in the classroom during the internship. The narrative of their routines by students of the fourth annual and supervisors was requested by the researcher who, through the method "pencil and paper", has not only facilitated the writing production for the actions but also of thought that accompanied the action.

Con l’intento di illustrare il funzionamento delle pratiche formative del supervisore di tirocinio e le azioni dello studente che svolge il tirocinio a scuola durante la quarta annualità, è stata effettuata la raccolta, la selezione e l’analisi delle pratiche raccontate, attraverso le routine, da nove supervisori di tirocinio e integrate dalle narrazioni di sei studenti del quarto anno di corso impegnati nella realizzazione di un project work nella classe dove effettuavano il loro tirocinio. Le narrazioni degli studenti della quarta annualità e dei loro supervisori è stata sollecitata dal ricercatore che ha facilitato la produzione delle scritture non solo delle azioni compiute ma anche del pensiero che ha accompagnato l’azione.
