This paper represent a reflection on the meaning and on the sense of "connection", as constituting one of the fundamental procedures of architectural composition. Actually, to connect means to put together, to link two or more things, allowing them to participat in the same concept or destiny; it also means to connect in accordance with one principle and it implies an aesthetic finality that is expressed in ways in whitch the connections are maintained and disclosed.
