Dopo una breve ricostruzione del quadro normativo di riferimento, lo scritto si sofferma sulle interpretazioni degli artt. 61, n. 11-octies, e 583-quater, 2° co., c.p. in tema di aggressioni al personale sanitario, che sono state prospettate dalla Suprema Corte nelle sentenze n. 4244 del 2024, n. 39438 del 2025 e n. 1651 del 2026.
