The paper explores hybridization as a paradigm for rethinking the inclusion of people with disabilities from a systemic, non-reductionist perspective. Inspired by Bhabha and Morin, it proposes educational, social, and technological environments that enhance human plurality. It analyzes Italian legislation (Law 227/2021, Legislative Decree 62/2024) and the role of Universal Design. It highlights how inclusive practices and hybrid technologies foster expression and social cohesion, leading to fully accessible and participatory citizenship.
