Convergenze e deviazioni in materia di cybersicurezza : implicazioni sistematiche e nuovi interrogativi

The work aims to highlight how the Italian and European policies on cybersecurity, after an initial phase of mismatching, are beginning to converge towards a unified view of cybersecurity risks and actions to be taken, including a more direct and structured private sector involvement, in order to effectively achieve a satisfactory level of cyber resilience and cyber defence. However, the implementation of the strategic lines defined at the European level, partly incorporated into the recent Italian Strategy 2022-2026, raises new theoretical questions and operational issues that the work seeks to identify, starting from a general rethinking of the State's role in this area.
