Abstract
From a disused quarry overlooking the ocean, on the outskirts of Casablanca, Peninsula Promenade takes shape: a linear park designed by Carey Duncan and Mohamed Bsibes that transforms a “wound” into a natural and resilient waterfront. Through a calibrated morphological articulation, the project reworks the existing excavation into a sequence of connected spaces – contemplative, recreational and formal – integrated with adaptive coastal systems. Materials, vegetation and technical solutions contribute to constructing a performative landscape, balanced between compositional rigour and responsiveness to extreme environmental conditions.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
