“Plural minds” refers to individuals shaped by inclusive communication, capable of overcoming stereotypes and rigid categories. Language that is sensitive to gender perspectives teaches us to recognise diversity, to view it as a value, and to generate new needs that are no longer confined to binary models; “Plural spaces” is the consequence of this change: more open-minded and aware individuals design and inhabit spaces that cater to a multiplicity of subjects, practices and needs. Space thus becomes inclusive, accessible, flexible and capable of embracing differences; “From linguistic communication to the construction of meaning” highlights the key transition: language is not neutral, but constructs meanings, imaginaries and worldviews. These, in turn, influence the way we design space and define its functions; “Towards a new paradigm of social equity” indicates the ultimate goal: a model of society in which equity and inclusion are not add-ons, but structural principles. In this paradigm, language and design work together to make all subjects visible and ensure fairer conditions of access, use and participation in space; In summary, by changing the way we speak and think (language), we can transform the way we design and experience space, contributing to a more equitable society.

Abstract
In this paradigm, language and design work together to make all subjects visible and ensure fairer conditions of access, use and participation in space; In summary, by changing the way we speak and think (language), we can transform the way we design and experience space, contributing to a more equitable society.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
