The contribution aims to reconstruct the composition of Andrea Lucchesi Palli’s eighteenth–century numismatic collection and the history of its dispersion, through information from written and archival sources, the study of the few pieces of evidence remaining in the Lucchesiana Library of Agrigento and with the aid of archaeometric analyses.
