L'art. 125 della Costituzione e le ragioni di una giustizia amministrativa presso ogni regione

The paper intends to analyze the reasons for the constitutional provision contained in art. 125 of the Constitution, according to which “Administrative justice bodies of first instance shall be established in the Region, in accordance with the legal system established by the law of the Republic”, to verify whether, and to what extent, the establishment of “administrative justice bodies of first instance” in each Region constitutes a completion of the constitutional framework on regionalism, also aimed at ensuring greater protection of rights.
