The scope of this article is to analyze the epithet “God of knowledge” in Qumran writings. In particular, it explores whether the epithet in the so called Shirot ʿOlat HaShabbat, the Songs of the Sabbath sacrifice, finds its background in the celestial worship described in these manuscripts.
