Plurinominazione toponimica nel De rebus Siculis (1558) di Tommaso Fazello

The De rebus Siculis decades duae by Tommaso Fazello (1498-1570), composed in 1558, presents lists and locations of ruined, inhabited or modern Sicilian sites. The names are taken from ancient texts (starting from Diodoro Siculo) — almost to save them from oblivion — and are integrated with the denominations of its current relevance with an archaeological-topographic purpose.
