Farmaci LASA: Risk management ed errori in terapia

The LASA drugs (look-alike and sound-alike) are associated with increased risk of errors in prescribing and distribution of the same. Careful dispensing of these is considered of great importance for the health and safety of the patient because it reduces the risk of errors in the loom. The goal is to identify the factors that contribute to the occurrence of the error, and to dwell on solutions that over the years have been proposed to solve the problem.

I farmaci LASA (look-alike and sound-alike) si associano all’aumentato rischio di errori nella prescrizione e/o nella distribuzione degli stessi. Un’attenta erogazione di questi è importante per la salute e la sicurezza del paziente poiché riduce il rischio di errori. L’obiettivo è individuare i fattori che contribuiscono al verificarsi dell’errore e soffermarsi su soluzioni che negli anni sono state proposte per risolvere il problema.
