The final issue of Volume 25 of Economia agro-alimentare / Food Economy gathers five research articles exploring a variety of themes across the agri-food sector, from sustainable production to consumer behavior and food policy. The contributions address topics such as strategic foresight in Indonesia’s orchid industry, rural development in Colombia, consumer preferences for environmentally labeled coffee in Taiwan and organic dried pasta in Italy, and the resilience of the EU agri-food system amid recent crises. Together, they provide a rich, multidisciplinary perspective on global challenges and local innovations shaping agri-food systems. The editorial also reports on the rotation of members within the Scientific Advisory Board (SAB), aimed at fostering the journal’s scientific growth and international scope, and acknowledges the vital contribution of reviewers and the continuous support of the Italian Society of Agri-Food Economics (SIEA).
