Il saggio indaga la possibilità di sottoporre la nozione di “bene” a una concettualizzazione alla luce del principio sostenibilità. La ridefinizione del concetto di bene nella prospettiva della preservazione delle risorse naturali influenza il contenuto della proprietà e delle altre forme dell’appartenenza, introducendo tanto un nuovo limite anti-dissipatorio quanto un interesse positivo alla preservazione della risorsa
