Villa Torlonia is a public park in Rome. Surrounded by high walls (a legacy of the Torlonia aristocratic family) that hide it from view and prevent access to the surrounding area, inside it is actually a place of great environmental and social value for the city and its inhabitants. The conditions that make it a place of correspondence between the common forms of everyday life and the new ecologies necessary to improve pollution and the urban climate are the result of a historical and cultural process that began in 1661 and still accompanies, comforts and entertains the inhabitants of Rome.

Abstract
Villa Torlonia is a public park in Rome. Surrounded by high walls (a legacy of the Torlonia aristocratic family) that hide it from view and prevent access to the surrounding area, inside it is actually a place of great environmental and social value for the city and its inhabitants. The conditions that make it a place of correspondence between the common forms of everyday life and the new ecologies necessary to improve pollution and the urban climate are the result of a historical and cultural process that began in 1661 and still accompanies, comforts and entertains the inhabitants of Rome.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
