This article explores the role of narrative practices in higher education as tools for preventing gender-based violence and fostering critical awareness. Drawing from the author’s experience within the NARR_LAB project, the study integrates narrative medicine, clinical psychology, feminist pedagogy, and gender studies. Autobiographical writing emerges as a method of self-reflection, resistance, and empowerment. By centering the narrating body, the article envisions the university as a space of care and transformation, where storytelling becomes a practice of justice and relational accountability.
