The contribution deals with the issue of the right to health seen as an area of international law that should be better implemented, in view of the ability to address the necessarily transnational challenges of health protection in a globalized context. Against this backdrop emerges, in particular, the usefulness of increasing collaboration among Mediterranean Countries, which share common climate and environmental issues and are affected by massive migration.
