The paper aims to study maternity in concentration camps carried out by female concentration camps literature. By analysing a heterogeneous corpus of literary works written by women who survived the lager experience, this study shows that expectant prisoners delivering within barbed wire were dehumanized, put through a process of desmatrización and both physical and moral deconstruction of maternal subjectiveness.
