The article aims to explore the linguistic profile of the songs of Zaccaria Mouhib, also known as Baby Gang, born in 2001, the most popular Italian rapper abroad in 2023. The Italian-Moroccan author's writing style is marked by a textual, syntactic and metrical simplicity, paired with a multifaceted multilingualism that extends beyond his mother tongues of Italian, Moroccan Arabic and French. Focusing in particular on the last two albums Innocente (2023) and L'Angelo del Male (2024), the contribution investigates Baby Gang's music from a linguistic perspective, where the multilingual experimentalism has enhanced reception in Europe without compromising fruition by the Italian-speaking public. This paper also provides some suggestions for potential educational applications of his songs.
