Antisubordinazione di genere e sistema costituzionale: la vicenda dell’accesso agli uffici pubblici

The paper addresses the issue of gender anti-subordination as a fundamental constitutional principle, starting from the complex contents of the principle of equality. The question of women’s access to public offices offers a privileged point of view to examine its development in the republican constitutional system, following the evolution, not always linear, of the legal instruments used to guarantee its implementation.
