In response to the process of global deterritorialization and to develop a plural gaze to orient ourselves in the complexity of knowledge and narration of the territories, this contribution aims to analyze how aesthetic dimension and artistic practice - in creating relationships between fields - can be used as epistemological and methodological tools, placing art and sensitive experience at the center of reflection in order to read and interpret the territory, to tell the History and the stories, visible and invisible, the relationships, the different souls of the places. Looking at the aesthetic and visual languages reinterpreted in a territorial key, focus on the case of “Imagining Pollino” and on the filmic language and laboratory practice as devices for transforming the territory, we intend to analyze these experiences in order to insert them within an analytical and interpretative framework capable of rethinking urban research and planning as an hybrid knowledge and as a practice, to write new and other biographies of territories, rediscovering their aesthetic and sensitive dimension.

Abstract
In response to the process of global deterritorialization and to develop a plural gaze to orient ourselves in the complexity of knowledge and narration of the territories, this contribution aims to analyze how aesthetic dimension and artistic practice - in creating relationships between fields - can be used as epistemological and methodological tools, placing art and sensitive experience at the center of reflection in order to read and interpret the territory, to tell the History and the stories, visible and invisible, the relationships, the different souls of the places. Looking at the aesthetic and visual languages reinterpreted in a territorial key, focus on the case of “Imagining Pollino” and on the filmic language and laboratory practice as devices for transforming the territory, we intend to analyze these experiences in order to insert them within an analytical and interpretative framework capable of rethinking urban research and planning as an hybrid knowledge and as a practice, to write new and other biographies of territories, rediscovering their aesthetic and sensitive dimension.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
