Next Generation EU, partenariato e occupazione: uno sguardo comparato alle esperienze di Italia e Spagna

This paper aims to compare the experiences of Italy and Spain, the first and second recipients of European funds respectively, and the countries most affected by the pandemic, first by considering the resources and structure of their respective NRPs, and then by focusing on the role played by social dialogue and partnership instruments in both countries, as well as their consequences for employment.

Il presente contributo intende comparare le esperienze di Italia e Spagna, rispettivamente prima e seconda destinataria dei fondi europei, nonché Paesi più duramente colpiti dalla pandemia, dando preliminarmente conto delle risorse e della struttura dei rispettivi PNRR, per porre poi l’attenzione sul ruolo svolto in entrambi gli Stati dal dialogo sociale e dagli strumenti di partenariato, nonché sulle loro conseguenze in materia di occupazione.
