The article analyses the judgment n. 63/2023 of Constitutional Court. With this ruling, the Court declares constitutionally illegitimate the different regime of the extraordinary appeal to the President of the Sicilian Region compared to that provided for by the State discipline for the appeal to the Head of State. The Court found a violation of articles 3 and 24 of Constitution and thus eliminated a real “anomaly” of the Sicilian regional order.
