In the collections of the coin cabinet of the Archaeological Museum “A. Salinas” in Palermo are kept two lots of coins found during the excavations conducted by Giuseppe Patricolo in “House of Masks” of Solunto between 1869 and 1871. The intention of this contribution is to proceed with the analytical study of the two lots of coins, reconstructing their context of discovery, for as much as possible, thanks to the information found in the Museum's historical archive

Abstract
