This edition celebrates the 150th anniversary of the first translation into Italian (1872) of Lewis Carroll's masterpiece by Teodorico Pietrocòla Rossetti, an evangelical preacher and Risorgimento patriot exiled in England, designated translator of the work by Carroll himself, of whom he became a frequent visitor and friend in the his London years.
