This paper presents and analyses the text of an alliance decree between Athens, and Arcadia, Achaia, Elis and Phleious, which was signed in 362-361 BC. The text is inscribed in a stone relief. The decree established that the contracting parties were allies of the Athenians and their allies, but they were not members of the Second Athenian league. Moreover, the article discusses the relief figures of the decree.
