The study examines the coin finds from the 4th century BC. from Polizzello, an indigenous center in the territory of Mussomeli in the province of Caltanissetta, together with the contextual materials, where they exist. The comparison with the numismatic and archaeological documentation from contemporary sites, falling within the same area, offers the starting point for some reflections on the characterization of the population of the site in the post–Dionysian age.
