Il conferimento di criptovalute nelle società di capitali: considerazioni su un quadro in evoluzione

The case of cryptocurrencies’ contribution carried out by the partners of a corporation allows to undertake a research on the increasing interactions between commercial and civil law and the Distributed Ledger Technologies, which are essential for the usage and sharing of virtual currencies. Together with the study relating to different legal and functional cryptocurrencies’ classifications, the issue of their regulation arises. Hence, this shifts the attention of the legal researcher on the difficult balance between worldwide demands of (de)regulation, coming from market players, and the need of protection of the legal system and, as a last resort, of the national sovereignty itself.
