Il saggio prende in esame la sentenza della Supreme Court del Regno Unito riguardante la qualificazione giuridica del lavoro prestato dai conducenti di Uber. L’importanza della decisione risiede nel fatto che la Supreme Court, al fine di tutelare la parte debole del rapporto di lavoro nel capitalismo di piattaforma, focalizza l’attenzione sulle informazioni generate ed aggregate dall’intermediario digitale.
