This article talks about the right to health and the consequent obligations that rest on sanitary administration. In particular, it focuses on all that issues that are considerate as morally sensitive, like abortion or asking for stopping sani- tary treatment, and when a patient ask for this treatment, the doctor may act as conscientious objector. On this point, there’s the possibility, as the case administrative and constitu- tional law established, that exist another different structure of the right to health, considered now as right of freedom that it’s realized by the public sub- ject’s obligation.
