The article, first of all, addresses the concept of specialty language or Microlingua, the attention then focuses on the analysis of the Nuovo vocabolario commerciale fraseologico italiano-francese ad uso degli studenti delle scuole commerciali, dei commercianti, corrispondenti, professionisti of Caricati and Mariotti and takes into consideration the treatment of the fixedness in the preface, in the macrostructure and finally in the microstructure.
