This study aims to investigate the association of wall shear stress (WSS) and aortic strain with circulating biomarkers including matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs), tissue inhibitors (TIMPs) and exasomal level of miRNAs in ascending aortic aneurysms (AsAA) of patients with bicuspid or tricuspid aortic valve.
