The reform of canonical matrimonial process, apart from creating several implementation problems in the canonical field, raises questions also with reference to the ecclesiastical law for the possible negative consequences on the delibation procedure. Nevertheless, through a deep static and dynamic analysis, we can desume a remarkable compatibility between the new canonical process and the Italian processual system, although some critical issues are present.

Abstract
The reform of canonical matrimonial process, apart from creating several implementation problems in the canonical field, raises questions also with reference to the ecclesiastical law for the possible negative consequences on the delibation procedure. Nevertheless, through a deep static and dynamic analysis, we can desume a remarkable compatibility between the new canonical process and the Italian processual system, although some critical issues are present.File in questo prodotto:
