La «pedagogia» di papa Francesco

The pedagogical teachings of Pope Francis in his first four years of pontificate are presented in this article: the purpose of education, the methodology of education, the forms of education (physical, intellectual, moral, social and religious), the educational environment in the family and the profile of the educator. The thought of Francis on the school is not exposed. Although the pontiff writes with pastoral intent, the article highlights the coherence between what he writes and the results of scientific research in the educational field.

Si espongono gli insegnamenti pedagogici di Papa Francesco, nei suoi primi quattro anni di pontificato: sul fine dell’educazione, sulla metodologia dell’educazione, sulle forme dell’educazione (fisica, intellettuale, morale, sociale e religiosa), sull’ambiente educativo familiare e sul profilo dell’educatore. Non è esposto il pensiero di Francesco sulla scuola. Anche se il pontefice scrive con intento pastorale, l’articolo evidenzia la coerenza di quanto egli scrive con i risultati della ricerca scientifica in campo pedagogico.
