Il lavoro agile e il telelavoro nello scenario europeo e comparato: dinamiche emergenti, effetti sulla qualità del lavoro e strumenti di regolazione

The present work summarises the main results of the joint Eurofound-Ilo report on Working Anytime, Anywhere. The Effects on the World of Work, focusing on the impact of Icts on the employment relationship in ten selected countries (both European and non-European). The essay is mainly aimed at critically analysing the opportunities and the risks related with the digitisation of work in contemporary capitalism, mainly in terms of impacts on working time, work-life reconciliation, health and safety and productivity. In the meanwhile, it offers an overview of the main policies carried out by the actors of the different industrial relations systems to develop telework and smartworking in Europe, with a particular attention to the Italian case.

Il presente lavoro offre un quadro di sintesi del report congiunto Oil-Eurofound su Working Anytime, Anywhere. The Effects on the World of Work, che ha per oggetto l’impatto delle Icts sulle relazioni di lavoro in dieci Stati, sia all’interno dell’Unione Europea che in paesi extra-europei. Il saggio si prefigge innanzitutto di analizzare i rischi e le opportunità correlati alla digitalizzazione del lavoro nel capitalismo contemporaneo, principalmente con riferimento agli impatti su orario di lavoro, conciliazione vita-lavoro, salute e sicurezza e produttività. Al contempo ricostruisce un quadro sistematico delle principali politiche normative e contrattuali volte a favorire lo sviluppo di telelavoro e lavoro agile in Europa, con una particolare attenzione al caso italiano.
